さて、何故このような事を書いたかといいますとお盆中実家に帰った際、妹に言われた事がすごく印象的だった為です。一度初心に帰り、もっとユーザー目線に近づかなければ。と考えさせられました。
その言葉とは—— 「こ の パ ソ コ ン の メ ー ル ア ド レ ス 何 ？」
つまり彼女の脳内では携帯と同じように、パソコンには初期状態でメールアドレスが設定されているようです。初心者ユーザーってそういうものですね。
